Jamie great post! I’ve found myself trying meditation, however on a smaller scale. Actually, quite similar to you, yoga started it for me. I enjoyed the calmness of yoga and understanding how breathing helps guide the mind. As a former professional athlete, yoga and breathing became even more important. I’ve found myself meditating after a hard training session, but not as frequently as I should. After reading your post, I think I’m going to dedicate time out of every day to give it a real try!
